Manufacturer's Warranty
All Renaissance products come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and material defects.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects (welding, assembly, finishing)
- Material defects (metal, acetate, components)
- Problems with hinges or temples
- Engraving or setting defects
What is not covered
- Normal wear from daily use
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushing)
- Scratches on the lenses or the coating
- Modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorized third party
- Improper use or negligence
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals

Our after-sales service is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction and the longevity of your Renaissance glasses.
Repairs under warranty
If your frame has a defect covered by the warranty:
- Contact us at contact@renaissanceeyewear.com with your order number and photos of the defect
- Our team will assess your request within 48h
- If the warranty applies, we'll send you a prepaid return label
- Return the frame in its original packaging
- We'll carry out the repair or replacement within 15 business days
Out-of-warranty repairs
For damage not covered by the warranty, we offer a paid repair service:
- Free quote within 48h of receiving the frame
- Fair prices depending on the nature of the repair
- Repair time: 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity
- Return shipping covered by Renaissance
Types of repairs available
- Hinge replacement: If your hinges are damaged
- Temple straightening: To restore the original shape
- Nose pad replacement: For optimal comfort
- Polishing: To bring back the original shine of the metal
- Crystal resetting: If a crystal has fallen out
- Adjustment: For a perfect fit
Care and Maintenance
Daily cleaning
- Use only the microfiber cloth provided with your glasses
- For a deeper clean, use lukewarm soapy water
- Dry gently with the microfiber cloth
- Never use chemicals, alcohol or solvents
Storage
- Always keep your glasses in their case when you're not wearing them
- Never set them down lens-side down, to avoid scratches
- Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures (dashboard, radiator)
- Don't leave them in a damp environment
Usage precautions
- Always handle your glasses with both hands to preserve the balance of the temples
- Don't wear your glasses on your head, it bends the temples
- Have your glasses adjusted regularly at an optician
- Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume and cosmetics
