- Carrier: Parcels are shipped via Colissimo, standard delivery.
Times and Tracking
- Dispatch: Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Delivery: Delivery is estimated at 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Tracking: You'll be given a tracking number and can follow your parcel online via the La Poste website.

Order Preparation
Every pair of Renaissance glasses is carefully packed in its original case, with a certificate of authenticity and a care guide. Our packaging protects each frame in transit.
Notification and Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order leaves our workshops. This email will contain:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to the carrier's website
- An estimated delivery date
Delivery Problems
Parcel not received
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated times, please first check the tracking online. If the problem persists, contact us at contact@renaissanceeyewear.com with your order number.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the parcel and its contents
- Contact our customer service immediately
- Keep the original packaging
We'll arrange an exchange or a refund as soon as possible.
